NU-GUARD G is a flame retardant expandable monofilament braided sleevings are produced by braiding specially formulated PET monofilaments into a cylindrical sleeve. NU-GUARD G is a tough and lightweight sleeving that demonstrates excellent chemical resistance, good mechanical properties and is able to expand to three times its original diameter. This expansion combined with the extreme flexibility makes NU-GUARD G and FR easy to apply over irregular shapes. They are also available in tight weave and heavy duty constructions for special applications.

NU-GUARD FR-HF is a tough, lightweight expandable sleeving made of specially formulated flame retardant Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) .010” (10mil) monofilaments braided into a cylindrical sleeve. NU-GUARD FR-HF provides excellent abrasion and cut-through resistance protection, excellent chemical and fungus resistance and good mechanical properties in a flame retardant expandable sleeving. The flexible open weave construction allows each size to expand up to three times its original diameter for ease in pulling over irregular shapes. This open weave construction also provides for dissipation of heat and moisture, preventing condensation, and allowing for complete drainage.

NU-FLEX WHS-25 sleeving is an encapsulated fiberglass sleeving designed specifically to protect wire harnesses and assemblies from mechanical abrasion and heat. A proprietary coating process forces the specially formulated coating resin into the interstices of the braid resulting in a round tube that holds its shape while retaining the flexibility and push-back necessary in many harness applications. The specially formulated coating also increases wear resistance to a level which has not previously been attainable with most currently available fiberglass braided sleeving.

NU-FLEX HT is made of closely woven 100% braided fiberglass that has been fully heat treated to remove all organic contaminants and to render the glass braid fray-resistant. NU-FLEX HT is economically priced and can be used for applications where temperatures run as high as 1200°F. NU-FLEX HT provides abrasion resistance with high flexibility. NU-FLEX HT products are made in standard wall or heavy wall constructions.

NU-FLEX HTS is made of closely woven 100% fiberglass and bound with an acrylic saturant to reduce end fray and to make it assembly and handling friendly. NU-FLEX HTS can be used for applications where temperatures run as high as 1100°F and provide abrasion resistance with high flexibility.The saturant can be dyed practically any color for color-coding purposes. It is ideal for use where additional space factor dielectric is needed. NU-FLEX HTS products are made in standard wall or heavy wall constructions.

NU-GUARD SC-N is a self-closing, woven fabric sleeve made from a proprietary blend of textured multifilament and single strand monofilaments formed into a cylindrical sleeve, making NU-GUARD SC-N an exceptionally tough and lightweight sleeving that demonstrates excellent chemical and fungus resistance while providing good mechanical properties. The self closing construction allows for easy wire and component insertion and with a nominal overlap equal to the ID plus 25%, will not open to expose the contents, even on tight bends.

NU-GUARD SC-P is a scrolled woven fabric cable wrap made from a proprietary blend of textured multifilament and single strand polyester monofilaments formed into a cylindrical self-closing sleeve. This self-wrapping protective sleeve is lightweight, smooth in texture, yet dense in construction to provide strong resistance to abrasion and protection from fluid flow. NU-GUARD SC-P resists most chemical products, oils, gas, solvents and fluids including brake, cooling and windshield washer automotive fluids.
