ELECTRICAL INSULATION
NU-SLEEVE AG-155™
datasheet
NU-SLEEVE AG-155™
NU-SLEEVE AG-155 is a coated fiberglass sleeving made by applying a proprietary blend of acrylic polymers to a closely woven electrical grade fiberglass substrate. NU-SLEEVE AG-155 has excellent electrical, chemical and oil resistance properties, excellent heat stability and flexibility for ease of push-up and recovery.
NU-SLEEVE VG-130™
datasheet
NU-SLEEVE VG-130™
NU-SLEEVE VG-130 is a vinyl coated fiberglass sleeving made by applying a proprietary plastisol specially formulated for exceptional heat resistance and stability to a closely woven electrical grade fiberglass substrate. This combination makes up a tough and flexible insulation, capable of being pushed back, expanded, stretched, flattened and bent into any shape desired or knotted; all without loss of dielectric strength or stability.
NU-SLEEVE SG-200™
datasheet
NU-SLEEVE SG-200™
NU-SLEEVE SG-200 is a standard wall (NEMA TF-1, Table 3-1) coated fiberglass sleeving made by extruding liquid silicone over a fully annealed fiberglass substrate, making it extremely resistant to abrasion with a high heat/flex capacity. It is highly resistant to end fray and coating fracture, even when stretched over rectangular conductors or wires larger than the normal maximum inside diameter, making it an ideal choice for high stress applications.
NU-SLEEVE AG-155-S™
datasheet
NU-SLEEVE AG-155-S™ (12.5KV AVERAGE DIELECTRIC STRENGTH)
NU-SLEEVE AG-155-S is a coated fiberglass sleeving made by applying a proprietary blend of acrylic polymers to a closely woven electrical grade fiberglass substrate. NU-SLEEVE AG-155-S has the same chemical, oil resistance and heat stability characteristics as the standard NU-SLEEVE AG-155, but with superior electrical and puncture resistance properties.
NU-SLEEVE HV565™
datasheet
NU-SLEEVE HV565™ (15KV AVERAGE DIELECTRIC STRENGTH)
NU-SLEEVE HV565 is a heavy wall coated fiberglass sleeving made by extruding liquid silicone over a fully annealed fiberglass substrate, making it extremely resistant to abrasion with a high heat/flex capacity. It is highly resistant to end fray and coating fracture, even when stretched over rectangular conductors or wires larger than the normal maximum inside diameter, making it an ideal choice for high stress applications.
NU-SLEEVE VPI-155™
datasheet
NU-SLEEVE VPI-155™ (Class F Insulation)
NU-SLEEVE VPI-155 is a coated fiberglass sleeving made by applying a proprietary blend of acrylic polymers to a closely woven electrical grade fiberglass substrate and then overbraided to form a flexible sleeve with significantly higher surface area for permanent, non-slip VPI applications. NU-SLEEVE VPI-155 has excellent electrical, chemical and oil resistance properties, excellent heat stability and flexibility for ease of assembly and is designed to wick in and retain resins for added dielectric and mechanical properties without excessive bulk.
NU-SLEEVE VPI-200™
datasheet
NU-SLEEVE VPI-200™ (Class H Insulation)
NU-SLEEVE VPI-200 is a double wall coated fiberglass sleeving. It is made by applying a layer of silicone rubber to a braided electrical grade fiberglass substrate to produce a Grade A silicone rubber coated fiberglass sleeving that is then over-braided with a 3-ply fiberglass to provide a high degree of abrasion resistance and saturability for vacuum pressure impregnation. The over-braid bonding process adheres the over-braid to the silicone coated substrate and minimizes end fray to improve assembly performance and eliminate the long term handling effects of operator dermatitis.
